Hi,
For about the past month I have been battling this problem, along with stacsv64.exe. In either case, they take up >50% of my CPU which makes it very frustrating. I have been searching through a lot of forums and have tried downloading multiple drivers. They have been temporary fixes, but keep reoccurring. I am led to believe that IDT doesn't like Windows 7 64-bit, heh. If anyone could point me on a better direction, please do so. Until then, I will keep trudging along.
