Auto Delete Files? :(

This is sereiously trying my patience. I am trying to annoy my little bro by using backorrifice to mess around with my old PC he uses. So I install the server and all just fine (he has XP) on his pc. I then go to mine and try to install the client. I drag the files out of their .zip, and some of them dont extract, they just dont appear. I kno Win 7 is doing this since I did the same with netbus and it kept deleting the setup.exe I saved. I have Windows Defender and my AV disabled while I do this. Someone help me please. This is really annoying now.

Try a manual unzip, not just dragging.

Try 7-Zip, it's a great free unzip program. Also, you could try disabling UAC for a bit to see if that's causing a problem.

Do you guys know what the OP is trying to install? yop824, unless you delete EVERY AV you have, and make sure no AV will EVER BE ACTIVE, you won't be able to copy that files to your computer. Btw, backorrifice is considered a backdoor, it's the kind of programs that gives the client ability to fully control the server without the server ever knows what's going on. It's considered one of the most dangerous back door program ever since W2K days, that's why you can't even have it copied, every AV that knows the file's signature will DELETE IT ON THE SPOT.
