Auto hidden taskbar doesn't always show.

Every once and a while my Taskbar (set to auto hide) won't appear when I move the mouse to the left side of screen where my Taskbar is. No big deal, but have to hit Ctrl - Esc to activate it. Then it's ok 'tll the next time.
