Hi, I work in outlook and go away a lot from my house and then I cant read my mails but some people don't know that is there a way in outlook that I can make a auto reply when I am not at home like "will get back to you soon" or something???
You need the "Out of Office Assistant" under the Tools menu. In there you should be able to set up an "away" message and there's also an extensive rule system you can set up that'll only send it when certain conditions exist (i.e., from noon to 1pm while you're at lunch or on break, etc).
