Here's what's going on. I want to leave my PC torrenting overnight, but I have to turn off my PC before I leave. So, I want to start a timer that will automatically start my PC up at 11:30, and shutdown at 5:30. Simple? Well, I have afew issues.

1: The login screen.
I have no password on my account, and everytime I resume from Hibernation, it takes me to the login screen, where it needs me to click on my account. When on this screen, none of the programs are doing anything. So, I need to get rid of that.

2: I have an auto shutdown in my Task Scheduler, and it works (Thankfully), so I don't need to worry about that. However, I need some way to wake it up, I cant find anything in Task Scheduler to do that. I tried in my BIOS, but whenever I enable that, it automatically starts up the PC when it has finished shutting down. I don't really want to buy, or download any 3rd party software for this, however, if the worst comes to the worst, I may think about downloading something.

That's it, thanks for reading, and thanks in advance for any advice or help.

Not wise-- torrents are an easy way to catch a virus, spayware, let your computer be gleaned for personal info and passwords.

@Dwarf

Yes I do, however, when I enable it my PC starts back up almost instantally. So I need another way to do it.

@karlsnooks

I don't worry about it. Kaspersky, scans all incoming packets before they enter my PC, for viruses, and when the torrent has finished, I quarantine the files and let kaspersky give them a full checking over.

@Windows9

I use µTorrent for my torrents.

@Ztruker

Thanks for that, that's solved one of the issues.
