automated task or rule

Hi i would like to know if their is a way to create an automated task or automated rule, to be able to do something like

once i close a web browser the computer would automatically clear dns

Im pretty sure i can use the task scheduler as this would be even triggered.

Does anyone know of a way to setup something like that?

why would you need to?

You can clear dns anytime you want by typing icconfig /flushdns and to renew just as easy ipconfig /renew

I know i could just type it in the run section, but is their a way to do it automatically.
