Automatic restart after resuming/waking from sleep

As titled. I don't know what's going on but everytime I try to set my computer to sleep, it doesn't resume anymore instead it restarts automatically.

Here's my computer's spec:
os: Windows 7 Ultimate x64
processor: AMD Athlon II x3 440 @ 3.0ghz 4th core unlocked Phenom x4 B40
mobo: Asrock M3A785GM-LE/128M
ram: 4gb (2x2) Kingston Stock
vc: EVGA GTX 460 SC ee 1gb (nvidia driver 301.42)
hdd: Samsung 500gb
psu: Cougar Power 550w
