Automatic shutdowns and reboots. Can't stay on for more than 15 minute

So I uninstalled the graphics drivers and ran the PC in normal mode; still shut down. I'm running out of ideas...

What were the results of these tests which were ignored?

If the PC runs fine in Safe Mode then the issue is likely a driver. Check System Recovery Options if you have a System Restore point from before the problem began as Windows Update may have delivered a problem update or driver.

If not while in Safe Mode try as many of the Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7 as possible as these may reveal the problem. I'd first establish a Clean Boot, uninstall and change to one of the recommended lightweight AV's which never give problems, disable that strange Sound card driver to see what happens. Then scour the logs and other system resources suggested.

But I think I would not waste much time before I deleted all partitions during a booted install to Clean Reinstall Windows 7 sticking with those steps which have been used by over a million consumers to achieve a perfect install without a single complaint, or anyone returning with any issues who stick with the tools and methods given.

In addition can you default to onboard graphics to remove the card? If not trying reinstalling the card. If that fails try another card.

Sorry, they weren't ignored, I disabled all unnecessary hardware, unplugged everything that wasn't essential and disabled all nonessential services and startup programs, as well as uninstalling graphics drivers today. Still no result. Unfortunately I didn't have any system restore points, and even if I did it wouldn't help as the problem has been around for a good few months, it's just it only occurred on odd occasions until these past 2 weeks where it has become the significant issue it is now. I've also disabled Bullguard AV and run scans with Malwarebytes and AVG in safe mode.

Have you physically reinstalled the graphics card which works sometimes?

Do you have an onboard graphics chip which can be enabled in BIOS to remove the graphics card to see if problem persists?

If not can you try another graphics card?

So after handing it to a professional, he couldn't sort it, and suggested I do clean reinstall of windows. Done that; still shutting down. It was fine at first but it began to happen again after I'd reinstalled a few programs like Firefox and Steam. This was after a complete wipe of all previous data. Anything more?

Sorry, I thought I already replied to your last post. :/ I've already tried everything in the thread. I don't have another graphics card to try, I have physically reinstalled it, and my PC still shuts down in VGA mode.

Do the Reinstall in link under picture below. But test for the issue after install, after each batch of Updates starting with Drivers alone in first batch, then after each program install and settings change.

Before reinstall test the hardware fom the Troubleshooting tutorial below, then wipe the HD with http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/52129-disk-clean-clean-all-diskpart-command.html. Post back pictures of hardware test results so we can confirm you're doing them correctly because this is the first thread I remember where no feedback was provided on over a dozen steps claimed to have been completed.
