Hi
My mom has multiple accounts in Outlook 2007.

Her personal account and the account she uses for our little orchestra to send sheet music.

Is it possible to make that in each subject automatically is [SHEETMUSIC] or something like that? Or automatically make the message line in the inbox yellow or something? She just wants to see quickly that it's a confirmation for a received part.

Thx!

Martin

It is not clear to me - you are trying to sort incoming messages or outcoming.

To add specific subject line for newly created messages your mom can create a template and save that template whereever she wants or pin it somewhere and open template when she needs it.
In template you can predefine whatever you want - recepients, subject lines, text, appearance.
Send an e-mail message based upon a template - Outlook - Office.com

To sort incoming message, you can assign Rules to message and outlook will sort them, move in sub-folder, flag them etc...

OK. I create the rule, which seemed the most simple.

Now, I created this rules:

Incoming from "Partituren Dieveliedoe" (that's the account name)

Add to category: "PARTITUREN".

When I clicked create, I selected: apply the following rules to the emails in the Inbox.
It worked, all the emails sent to that account go the red square in the Categories column.

But it does NOT automatically add the sign to it when a new email arrives. Is there something I should do to make that work?

Thx!
Martin
