Automatically click 'save' on dialog box

I have some legacy software that is printing to a file.
Is there a way to automatically click 'save' when the print-to-file dialog box comes up?
The folder will always be empty, just need to automatically click 'save'.

Have a look at the options of said program, maybe it has the option to save automatically without confirmation.

Otherwise, the best shot would be to use some automation program like AutoHotKey and the likes and write a script specifically targeting that button. Possible but not immediately easy.
