Autoplay runs automatically on start-up

Hello,

I have an external USB hard-drive plugged in to my computer, and for the past few days, the autoplay windows pops-up every time after Win7 loads.

Is there a way to disable this start-up autoplay feature without affecting autoplay in general?

Type in 'Autoplay' into the start menu search, and press enter.
Click on the drop-down menu for 'Mixed Content', and select 'Take no action'.

Or if there is an option for external drive, select 'Take no action' as with above.
