AutoTune Vocal Program?

So im trying to install this program on W7U, but once i install it it doesnt actually let me run it...instead when i click on the only "application" icon that i think it suppose to run it, it doesnt. Anyone know why?

autotune is a plugin

autotune is a plug-in, you need an audio editing program for it to work, it does not run by it self

Right, yeah. You need to use it in a host software as a plugin.

i.e. Cubase, Cakewalk Sonar etc..

Cubase (5.1 or SX3), Sonar, N-Track Studio 6, any version Sound Forge

A free one is N-Track Studio 5. Amazingly good for free software. As many tracks as your pc and audio interface (or onboard audio, depending what you're using) can handle. Professional interface.
