Solved Avatar and signature

I would like someone to make me a new avatar/signature.....

Please have a look at my current signture.
I would like ....
1. Sort of keeping what are on the right hand side. Modifications are greatly welcome.
2. Avatar to be changed to a Formula 1 race car, preferrably a Lotus, but not a must.
3. No need to advertise my badge. A Win 7 logo is desireable.
