For some reason, and I don't really know if this is recent or not, as it just seems to be, but when I boot my computer from cold (in otherwords, turn it on vs waking it up), my internet connection speed is awful. After a Restart, my Internet connection is fine.
Why is this?
This shouldn't make a difference, but I have my computer set up for WOL, I just tap a button on my Phone and it turns my computer on. I've experienced this problem both when using WOL and also pressing the ON button on my computer.
