PLZ HELP ME my background changer hes been removed b my 2moth ego . i wanted to instal this program but it writes me THAT 'this program want WINDOWS NT versions 6.01 or up' what can i do to instal this program again??

Was it running on your Win 7 Starter before? Check it on the
Windows 7 Compatibility Center
