Backing up double disk DVDs

Folks,

Thanks to your feedback and advice, things are starting to looking good with my DVD backups, however, I am now confused on an issue...

I have a few DVDs (Gettysburg and Gods & Generals to name a couple) which are multi-disk DVDs. How does one ensure the second disk goes where it belongs? Do I use 2 folders, one for each DVD, or can I get the DVD files to seamlessly integrate for a true 4 hour movie? Inquiring minds want to know...
