backup image question

if i do a back up image of my C drive can i then create a partition on the that HDD and then create a second OS using that image of C drive?
hope that makes sense

also can you update images or would you need to create new ones to keep them upto date?

i know that you would have to update the image of the drive to have the most updated image of your programs and other stuff. but thats all i can help you with.

Hello Max,

To update the System Image Backup, you would just need to create another image backup and save it to the same location. Backups are made incrementally when saved to the same location so as to only save changes made since the last backup.
