Backup Now issue

Hello,
To make some backups I opened in the Control panel \ Backup your computer \ Backup and restore, then clicked on the button "Back up now" but nothing happened, clicked again and again and still nothing happened. In one tutorial of yours I saw that a window has to open asking what files to backup and location,
but none of these happen, how shell I fix this problem ?

Hello Motim,

Have you put a time schedule on your backup and restore program for a certain time like every sunday at 10 pm ?
Can you go into the actual program and have a look
