Backup problem!

I have went and backed up all my files and once the computer was finished with the restore process the computer acted like it froze up... Soo i turned it off and back on now when it comes on it goes to a black sreen and says bootmgr is missing what should i do!!

When i rebooted and held those keys it went to a blue screen called pre boot system assessment build 4118 and then a gray box showed up daying error code 0146 is this suppose to happen?
