Bad bsod

I was trying to close the non responding IE 8 using task manager, then i got this sudden BSOD which force my laptop to shutdown. I tried to reboot it realisin that it wont boot, it just kept loading at the windows icon forever. I tried to do a system restore or maybe pc full restore using the 7 disc but it just hung after loading the component. I couldnt do any of the backup, i decided to try the recovery disc i got from my manufacuter, the same thing happened, it just got hung after loading.

What can i do, if i cannot load the content from the disk to format, to restore, to install the os...btw, i tried vista disc as well

Can you get into safe mode. Maybe you can try some repair operations from safe.

yea i can get into bios, but there's nothing much i can do in there...
