Bad pool header crashes. need help

I just bought a new toshiba laptop and everything else works great but whenever i insert an sd card or memory stick into the built in card reader and open it i get the BSOD and says bad pool header. i've tried using registry mechanic and updating drivers but nothing seems to work. i've gone through the instructions for posting about this problem i hope i got it right. the zip file(minidump files included) is attached and my computer specs are posted below. any help would be great.

I installed those drivers and uninstalled nero back up and tested the card reader. It now works with both memory stick and sd card. I did a few transfers to make sure and never got the BSOD.
