"Bad Pool Header" error occurs every 8-9 hours, Error Log attached

Hello all,

I have an issue (bad pool header BSOD) with my laptop and could really use some help.

Here's what I've done so far:
1. typed "sfc \scannow" into the command prompt
2. updated my video graphics driver to NVIDIA 340.52

Nature of the error:
The error I believe occurs after running my laptop for 8-9 hours in any mode (by "mode" I mean that it occurs even when the computer is asleep). At the top it says "bad pool header", but the screen only lasts a couple seconds and then restarts so I don't know the error number.
