Bamboo Tablet not uninstalling fully, can't reinstall properly

Okay so I'm using a Bamboo CTH-661 and I can't seem to properly uninstall the thing to give it a fresh installation.


I've tried uninstalling normally, uninstalling through the devices section, deleting the folder in program files. There's always the 'Wacam Consumer Service' active in the services section of task manager despite my efforts.


On trying to reinstall, it half works, the tablet is usable but the Bamboo preferences is inaccessable, stating that a supported tablet is not connected/installed. Without access to this I can't tell it to only pick up the pen and not my fingers, and I can't tell it to ignore my second monitor, this makes it very hard to use.


I guess there's at least one thing that I keep failing to remove somehow, great uninstaller. Anyone got any suggestions?
