Battlefield 3 crash driver 13.9 i had 13.8b before and it was crashing. With 13.8b was working some time.

Reinstalling it is not a bad idea, it can only help, more so if you have a corrupt file.

Because reinstalling DirectX is a known fix for that issue. I know what version of DirectX is integrated into Windows 7, believe it or not.
