I don't see why not. Your biggest drawback is the fx-4100. Its not a "True" quad core....its more of a imaginary quad core.

believe you should be able to play it on Ultra but not at like say 1080p at 60fps. , probably do better around 720p might go Ultra with better fps o but at 1080p idk but apparently this dude is but with a gtx 560ti so might be different mm u can still take a look though. But i think you might be ok considering looking at your specs that you use a monitor with 1440X900
