Hi all
I commend this thoughtful and well written piece from the BBC's web site on how a journalist upgraded several computers to W7 -- a lot far clearer written and better explained than typical stuff found in a lot of popular magazines.
Not a site I would have expected a reasonable article on reading about a W7 upgrade process

The article mentions a problem with stalling at 62%. I tried to find that application, that caused the problem, Iphlpsvc and I could not. Does it exist on Vista (US)?
