BBC code 116

Just built this pc and it has been giving me bsod bbc code 116. I've updated all my drivers but still get it when starting up some games. It seems to be completely random games usually start and run just fine but every once in a while I crash.

All the information I could find on this error said it was probably the video card driver, but I've updated and rolled back to the last 3 drivers with no luck.

It is though interesting that the problem occurs with games - which are usually very demanding on the video facilities. Your GPU is a pretty potent bit of equipment. I would talk to MSI and get their opinion on the problem. Maybe it is something between the mobo and the GPU.

So I noticed something strange in afterburner. My gpu is running at 50% power while idling, which is definitely not normal. I also got an asus power surge bsod and some of my voltages are reading out of specs. I've got a new psu coming in tomorrow and I'll update when I install it.
