Dear members...

My previous version of win7 kept on going BSOD so i installed a fresh copy. Specifically when using photoshop i continuously keep getting BSOD`s again. It seems photoshop runs fine, when not doing anything on the side..so i think.

I ran a HD test and recovered some bad sectors already. My cpu was bought as a amd xII phenom, but can be unlocked to become a x4.. and in stead of x16 multyplier i set it to 18 and was running stable at the time..

As i had lost the win7 install disk i took the win7 from my drive and i do recall this version being more unstable then the one i used to have on disk..

and here`s my dump file:

And i uploaded the .dmp file to this message.. dm_log_collecter turned out an empty zip..

*edit: just tried it again: zip file comes out empty..

Only a dump isn't enough, usually other files contain valuable data for troubleshooting

but the zip file is empty.. it runs all the reports but just doesn`t write to zip file..

Diagnostics Test

 System File Check

Please try following:

• Open an admin command prompt
• Copy/paste "sfc/scannow" (without quotes) and press enter
• When it finished reboot your system
• Open again an admin command prompt
• Enter sfc/scannow again

If sfc/scannow does NOT say "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violation", please upload the cbs.log file located at {windows partition}\Windows\Logs\CBS\, if the file is too large try a 3rd party uploader like dropbox, onedrive, google drive, mediafire etc.
System File Check(SFC a.k.a. Windows Resource Protection) needs to have your system rebooted in order for sfc to try to fix the problems that it finds.

After SFC, try to boot in safe mode and run the dm log collector again

The definition of a Product ID (PID)

A PID is created after a product is successfully installed. PIDs are used by Microsoft Customer Service to help identify the product when customers engage Microsoft for support. A Product key is a unique combination of numbers and letters that is used during Microsoft software installation to "unlock" or open the product.
