For the time being, uninstall your Anti-Virus,

AV Uninstallers

And Install Microsoft Security Essentials which we know doesn't cause BSOD's.

Hi,

Laptop crashed again. But crash frequency seems less.

Before this latest crash, Avast antivirus was uninstalled and Microsoft Security Essentials was installed.

I'm still not getting any good info, lets try running driver verifier,

   Information

Run Driver Verifier for 24 hours or the occurrence of the next crash, whichever is earlier.
Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable

Driver Verifier will cause your computer to run very sluggishly - this is normal. What it is trying to do is force your system to BSOD and isolate the offending driver/s. When it does, reboot, disable driver verifier, reboot as normal and upload the new dmp file/s here.

I recommend creating a system restore point before turning on driver verifier:
System Restore Point - Create

If your system fails to boot to desktop once driver verifier is enabled, turn it off by booting into Safe Mode:
Safe Mode

When it crashes next time, please run the tool again and we'll see what we can do.

I have followed your steps.

FYI, under Device Manager, I find one driver conflicts. It is Bluetooth peripheral device. I don't get it which is this device as there are no add-ons attached to laptop. And my WiFi is working fine. I tried to update the driver but it failed.

After enabling Driver verifier, laptop was not able to boot up. It was getting crashed while boot up so as per your instructions, I started it in Safe mode and disabled the verifier.

Hi,

I get following Hardware IDs for my conflicting Bluetooth peripheral device

BTHENUM\{00005557-0000-1000-8000-0002ee000001}_VID&00010001_PID&00fd
BTHENUM\{00005557-0000-1000-8000-0002ee000001}_LOCALMFG&000f

which don't match as per instructions to identify vendor and device. Thus I am unable to find updated driver. Therefore I have disabled that device. If you have any other suggestions, pls let me know.

I just remember plugging Wireless Bluetooth mouse a long back and it was working well. Now not using it and there is no Bluetooth dongle attached on USB.

SFC /SCANNOW -> Found no issues

Have already done chkdsk /r.

SeaTools for windows....still running for last 2-3 hours....It is still scanning....
