BCCode:50 Problem is happening even on fresh reload of windows.

I'm having this error a lot recently. Seems like it happens everyday now. I'll attach another file that i kept aside after doing a fresh reload of windows to see if I could just wipe the drive and have a fresh set of system files. Well no it's still a piece of shit. So I'm hoping maybe someone knows what they are talking about on here that can actually help. This problem started to happen about a month ago and is progressively getting worst. After a fresh reload of windows and still having the problem. I'm leaning toward maybe my mobo is going out or a memory slot is starting to go out. But I don't know because I don't understand the two red flags that were posted in the memtest results that are in the attached photo.

LocaleMetaData attachment is my error log files about an hour or so into the new install and it crashes. I would post the memory dump associated but unfortunately the file size is in the hundreds and is not allowed.

And for the sake of argument so we get to the point and no unnecessary questions are asked.

I have:
Disabled overclocking while testing my machine
I have downloaded all current drivers
Tried using register edits that actually solved a issue with my DWM from crashing. Or maybe just tamed it for the time being.
Punched and kicked computer
Tried killing all non essential services and still eventually it will crash.
Also tried to use the memtest. Which I attached a pic of. I know it says 11 hours on the picture but i let it go for 17 hours just to see if anything else would happen.
Changed anti virus from Bitdefender to AVG 2013 pro.
Took memory out and re installed to insure the memory was 100% secure. >_> from the kick. lol no just to make sure. Contacts looked clean.

According to those memtest results you have faulty ram or faulty slot
When errors are discovered you need to try one stick at a time to try to determine the faulty one
When you have found a good stick try it in different slots to prove they are ok
