Hello everyone!

My story is that .. it all worked fine until I changed my ATI card to NVIDIA GTX 465
Now the system crashes at least several times a day. Most often with d1 code and ndis.sys file reference..

I have checked internet for this problem etc and replaced my LAN driver, video driver, chipset driver- does not help.

My motherboard is Asus P5Q. Win 7 x64.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Here is the dump information:

Thank you!

First I am, in the interest of speed going to do the newest ones first. The whole 75 might take me awhile.

Are you overclocking? do you run a raid? Is this a clean install of win 7?

Can you fill in as much of your system specs (lower left corner of your posts) as you can?

I will be back with the newest ones soon, the rest to follow.

Ken

Sure, only recent are worth checking . Older are the same. Just uploaded the file with no changes, as mentioned in the rules..

No overlocking at all. All bios settings like DRAM voltage etc are set to auto.
No raid.
Clean install -what do you mean?

It looks as if your Atheros network adapter drivers are the cause. I would advise looking for an updated version on the computer manufacturer's site, or Atheros site if you purchased the card after the computer.

If you can't find an update, uninstall the drivers and install a fresh copy.

If you want to do a clean install, go ahead. If you want, you can try uninstalling the drivers completely with Driver Sweeper and installing a fresh copy.
