Hi.
Im using an asus notebook.
i'm using it then suddenly it becomes slow and the sound is a bit laggy.
i tried repearing it but this message always appear "STOP: c000021a {Fatal System Error} the initial session process or system process terminated unexpectedly with status of 0x00000000 (0xc0000001 0x0010037c). The system has been shut down"
Tried last configuration settings but it doesnt help. Then tried safe mode but that message again appear. Then tried using msconfig to go to safe mode using start up in windows and after restart its just looping after that message again appears. Then suddenly system recovery appears and tried to command propmt. Because i find someting in the internet about the bcd/delete {default} to change it to {current} where i can go back to windows but after i restart it message appear that i need windows installation disk. However i dont have it. I cant go to that menu where you press f8. Please help. Im new here. Sorry for bad english.

Try doing a System Restore if it works.
If not, do it through the Repair My Computer option on the same screen as Safe Mode. Once you are on it, click Recovery. Then click System Restore.
