Solved need help with bcdedit

my pc has a 120gb solid state drive, eventually it ran out of space so i invested in a 250 gb SS drive to replace it. i installed my win7 on it and when i booted it up it had set itself with dual boot.......
it has

twice
(i have been using the 120gb drive as my default, until im happy with the other software setup then i will switch over to the 250 GB drive)

to switch from 1 drive to the other, i shut the pc down, unplug the 120 drive plug those cables into the 250 drive and then boot pc.

i hadnt used this drive in a while so i had forgotten about the dual boot thing, so i googled how to get rid of it, found this.....

so i went about and edited the bcdedit

this was the bcdedit file BEFORE editing......

when the pc boots it still has the dual boot option to choose from, but this is not my biggest concern. i decided to go back to the 120 gb drive to get some files from it, so i shut the pc down, changed the cables from the 250 drive to the 120 drive, rebooted the pc under the 120 gb drive and now i have the dual boot option showing on the 120 gb drive........

does some settings stay in memory when you shut down, then get applied to the pc when you boot up again, because i never had dual boot issues on the 120 gb drive before and now the pc wont boot under the 120 gb drive

i turned the pc off and waited 30 mins thinking the memory would clear itself, but it didnt.........so during bootup i pressed F12 to get to the boot menu, see image (this isnt mine, its from the net but shows the screen i was in)



the 250 GB solid state drive was listed at the bottom, but i was conected to the 120 drive so i clicked on that then clicked ok and it booted up fine
