Hi - Hoping someone can help me out!

When I booted my PC this morning, I tried launching a game, only to discover the disc was not being recognised/read.

The drive was reading the disc perfectly yesterday & I haven't made any big changes to my system that would affect the drive.

I've tried a few simple fixes - deleting upper/lower filters etc but nothing has fixed it.

The drive shows in 'My Computer' but no discs I insert will be read.

I really have no idea where to even start, I'm hoping someone can give me some guidance, I'll be around to answer questions that might help narrow down the problem. I'll attach the .txt file from a cpu-z scan to hopefully give you some information about my system.

Know what those changes were? I updated an OEM DVD burner with non-compatible firmware once that caused similar issues. Thought I was doing good, too.

Thanks for the responses.
The reason i say 'haven't made any big changes' is because i really can't think of anything i've changed, nevermind anything big enough to prevent it working.

No cables inside the case are loose either - all plugged in.
