You have 16 GB of RAM.
Code:
Installed Physical Memory (RAM)	16.0 GB
Total Physical Memory	3.25 GB
Available Physical Memory	0.99 GB
Total Virtual Memory	6.50 GB
Any particular reason for using the 32 Bit version of windows?

If you haven't reinstalled windows after adding new hardware, I would suggest you start with a clean install of windows pre Service Pack 1 following this tutorial: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/219487-clean-reinstall-factory-oem-windows-7-a.html

Make sure that you have all latest drivers.

Let us know if the BSOD-s continue after clean install.
