Beat Audio Setup

Hi,
I recently purchased a HP Pavilion dv6 laptop with Beats Audio built in.

I searched online and everywhere, but i can't find the best suitable audio panel settings.

Most of the dv6 audio panel tutorials online are old versions of the dv6 beats

When I open my beats audio panel and go to listening experience, this is what I see:

Music 3D content and Movie

Bass Treble, Center and Space

65Hz 125Hz 250Hz 500Hz 1kHz 3kHz 6kHz 9kHz 12kHz

Please help me with the best audio settings for both speaker and headphone sound

Seeing as sound is completely suggestive and dependent on the listener, the best anyone can suggest is to play around with the various settings until it sounds best to you.

Hearing is like snow flakes; no two are the same. Like Stormy posted, it's time for trial and error. It makes it easier if you keep notes on changes you make and how you like them. A 1 to 10 scale or you will be doing this forever.

There was a similar question (or one on a similar vein) on speakers. I replied that it was a subjective experience, and that all that mattered was how it sounds to you. No two people will hear or perceive sound in exactly the same way, so you will need to set your sound up so that it sounds correct from your perspective. In other words, trial and error.

bass: 80
treble: 45
centre: 50
space: 50

65hz: 3
125hz: 2
250hz: 0
500hz: -2
1hz: -2
3hz: -2
6hz: 0
9hz: 2
12hz: 3

We can't really advise you on this. Only you can find out what sounds right to you, by trial and error.

Just a comment. Everyone does hear differently and when I mixdown a song in my recording studio its a challenge to find a common point that will be able to sound good on "most" audio systems.
