You did not post screenshots as I asked, using the Forum procedure.

However, I see the USB mic is set as default. Change the Default Recording device to the Stereo Mix and then try the microphone.

Webcam's have a history of conflicting and interfering with microphones.

Do you have another headset or PC speakers you can connect to the GREEN Speaker jack to test?

There are many different models of Beats by Dre. Exactly what model do you have?

Different subject. I notice you have Win 7 64 bit but only 4GB of RAM. The 64 bit OS does you no good with only 4GB of RAM, and in fact the 64 bit version requires more system memory than a 32 bit, thus you will have less free RAM available for programs.

Yes I am using Creative Speakers with a woofer and they works fine, And I use the green jack.

I don't know about the headphones model, I got wired headphones with a mic on the aux type wire. There is written SOLO HD on side of it, I think thats the model?

And yes it slow sometimes, But i need it for Video Editing Programs which doesnt run in 32 bit, I'll extend my Ram soon.

Which connector do you have? 3.5mm TRS plug(s) or 3.5mm TRRS plug like is used on an iPhone and PS4?

That connector will not work with a PC. You will need an adapter that will convert that to two TRS plugs to work with a PC.

This is an example of an adapter

And what about the low volume? Its not giving me proper sound, a very sound in very low volume, any solution for that?

I don't know if it will solve all the problems, but an adapter, such as I mentioned is needed. However, I suspect it will fix the headset part and probably the mic.

The Headset works off o the Tip (end of the jack connection), the Ring (middle) and the Shield(Ground) Connection.

A PC microphone works with a jack like is needed for the headset. The Tip is the audio connection, the Ring has +5VDC that is required by a standard PC microphone and the Shield which is the ground connection.

Just a thought here; have you tried removing the sound devices from the device manager; rebooting and let windows re-detect them and reinstall them? If not that might be worth a shot as sometimes windows can be finicky in terms of the way devices and external devices like headphones, etc.; are connected.

Matts, the problem is not the PC, the problem is the user has a PS4 type connector for the headset and mic and that is not compatible with the PC plugs. An adapter as I linked is needed. I've been through this before with users here and that is the fix.
