Been having CPU issues, trying to figure fix, sudden BSOD 0x00000124

I've been having issues while gaming, mainly that my CPU will drop while I'm playing, which will cause HUGE FPS drops for a second or so.

Today I've been running a bunch of tests on my computer (using the intel one, anti-virus stuff, etc). I opened a program and went to message a friend and my computer blue screened giving me the 0x00000124 Error.
