Beep driver service is just stopping

Using Windows 7 x86. I replaced the beep.sys with the XP's one because I wanted the beep to play from the hardware PC speaker. It worked, but when the computer is on for too long, the BEEP service is stopping permanantly. Restarting the machine helped. But one day, the service just always stopping. Restarting does not help, it is just stopping. Is there any way to fix it?

Try to reinstall Win 7 beep.sys.
