Beep sound when windows startup

There will have a very strong and loud beep sound nonstop when enter windows. However when this beep sound appears, my laptop will not able to enter windows. I have to force shut down and restart and again until no beep sound so that able to enter windows. What is the problem?

Check your memory, make sure it`s seated correctly.

See if you can find any beep codes at the manufacturer`s website, they might help tell you what it is.

It could also have something to do with video.

This happens after i updated to windows 10. Then I formatted my laptop back to windows 7. but the problem still there.
