Solved Beep sound while putting laptop on

Hi,

All of u after long time isn't it? cause i really need help here.My dell lappy 1564 gives beep sound while putting it on,I did a format in service center,cause there was web cam issue,some keyboard keys were stuck
due to it was lying remain untouched for long time.

well now I'm facing two problems one is beep sound irritating and while surfing net in search field without typing it types itself ++++++ automatically everywhere even in username space,confuse what can be done
please help.thanks in advance!

A key is stuck, that`s why it types automatically and that`s why you get a beep when you turn on the pc

They said keyboard has to be change,but all the keys are working fine except y letter,it has to press with
pressure to get it work.Is there any other solution rather then changing keyboard?

Keyboards are cheap. Genuine Dell Inspiron 1564 Keyboard XHKKF V110546AS1 | eBay

Also easy to replace.

Who is they ? And if "They" told you the keyboard has to be changed, change it.

There is 1 cable connecting the keyboard to the motherboard, it takes less then 5 minutes to replace it.

Thanks for reply guys! I need service manual in PDFs format to replace the keyboard myself.
My laptop has been brought from Kuwait,the above part number of keyboard will it match to my laptop.

AD DRAM They means the people from service center.

please help me to replace keyboard if its really easy to.Thanks in advance!

sorry guys for replying late,Finally i have replace the keyboard and no more beep sound.thanks for helping me out.this Forums rocks as usual i like all the gurus who help all of us. thank you! once again.
