Before christmas sales?

Do you think the prices for PC gear will drop before christmas? I was hoping so, I bypassed the black friday sales but was hoping the before christmas ones would be better.

I've noticed Tigerdirect has some decent rebates, but not sure if I trust them. Whereas newegg is out of stock of good things and isnt restocked on the same items, but tigerdirect has some of them. Anyway I use a multitude of sites to see what I need newegg, amazon, tigerdirect, google product search...

I doubt that the black Friday prices can be beat. From what I saw on the Newegg and Tigerdirect feeds that I get, there is nothing really exciting. It depends, of course, on what you are looking for. I may have looked at different items.

Newegg is sold out because they are slightly cheaper than Tigerdirect. E.g a Crucial M4 SSD that I ordered from Newegg a couple of weeks ago was about 7% more expensive at Tiger - plus since they are in FL like me, I would have to pay sales tax which I do not pay at Newegg because they are in CA. But now, Newegg is sold out.
