Hi antbtr and welcome.

First we are going to need your system specifications, and network setup so we know what we are dealing with.

Can you tell us if you are using homegroup for your network?

What kind of encryption are you using?

Hello again antbtr,

As a matter of interest have you contacted Belkin Support re this new Network Adapter?
I too have a Belkin product & initially had some queries re set up & contacted them. To my delight I found them knowledgeable, patient & most helpful.
My "problem" was solved very quickly.
I suggest you contact them directly first to see what they say. Please let us know how you go.....
