Best forum going!

I have to say this.

I am a member of many "help" forums. Comodo Firewall, Tversity, PS3 MediaServer, Multi-AVCHD, and the list goes on and on, but THIS forum, without a doubt, has the most helpful, knowledgeable group of individuals I have come across, along with the quickest response times. Some other forums, I have waited up to over a week, just to get an email, saying that my post has been approved. I came on here today, and within 2 - 3 hours, my problem is solved!


I just had to post this......sorry if in wrong area or out of context, but it needed to be said.

All who agree, please say so! And remember to boost rep on those who have helped in the past, or from here on out, they deserve it! Great job team!

HERE! HERE! or is it HEAR! HEAR! LOL I actually don't know! That's kinda funny.

The respect and patience is what really gets me.

Many other forums, the moderators are the developers as well, and while I have been able to get most answers that I needed from those forums, we are talking sometimes DAYS of researching, and sometimes 1,000 views on the topic and not 1 person says anything, or if they do, it is so tekky, to the point of creating more questions than answers.

I am just rambling now, but definitely a KUDOS is in order!

I've been hanging around this forum for a while now and have lost count of the number of times people have patiently helped me sort out tech messes I have created myself.
Much more than that though, and it's strange, you can almost feel the warmth and respect for others of most of the regulars.
As you say, it's unique in forum land as far as I can see.

I've registered on a couple of other sites, but I don't post there much at all. When things get slow here, every now and then I go elsewhere.

Anyway, I always end up linking to tutorials here. The mods of that site must look at my posts and say "Gee, I wonder where he comes from?".

Seriously though, this is a really decent site. I've just joined a few weeks ago and I've been helped/treated well by everyone I've encountered. I wasn't accosted for not knowing things when I attempted to help and the admins will actually explain policy if you ask. Kudos Ya'll.

Same here. And there's actually a few other sites that I have been surprised to discover I had already registered yet never posted. There has to be a good reason for that...

When i join a forum, i almost always fill in my birthdate.
Then once a year i get lots of birthday wishes and a reminder to me, where i have joined.
Due to old age i keep forgetting. What was that password again.

Also, have to agree with this forum being THE BEST.

It's bad enough trawling the internet and some user forums and then having some user throwing the WWW(kitchen-sink included) at you.
Owe a lot to the resident gurus on-site here at seven-forums for their patience and time.
