I have been looking at the gtx550ti, is that the best i can get for its price?

GTX 260 and GTS 450 are very similar for performance, but the GTS 450 overclock really better and has got DirectX 11... And the GTX 550 Ti is better than the GTS 450 too (the performance difference is 15-20%)...

the GTS 450 overclocked well can reach the GTX 460 SE performance.

the Radeon HD 6870 is far away from all these GPUs: approximately 90% faster than the GTX 260 and GTS 450 and 40-45% than the GTX 550 Ti, but it also cost more...
