Best MBR to GPT conversion without losing Data

Attempted to use gpt gen get an error message stating not enough blocks at the beginning of the disk.

Anyone have any other ideas what I can use

Partition Wizard is generally a fine tool, but.............................in my opinion, you'd be crazy to not back up your data first in case it fails you, for whatever reason.

Personally, I'd backup my data and delete all partitions, and then do a clean install using GPT, then restore data.
