Best program to burn DVD's?
I just upgraded to Windows Home Premium 64 bit and my old version of Roxio Easy Media does not work. What I use Roxio mostly for is to set up DVD's so I can write and delete files from the DVD (the RW kind). Any good programs out there that will do this? And cheaper is better....LOL

When on Windows I use CDBurnerXP. Nice combination of power and simplicity.

CDBurnerXP is very good. and it is free

I prefer IMGBurn because it's lightweight and supports a wide range of file formats including BIN, CCD, CDI, CUE, DI, DVD, GI, IMG, ISO, MDS, NRG and PDI
You can also burn Audio Files with it

I did too, until I found it insists on finalizing disks and the author had no interest in changing that.

that is my problem with imgburn, but with nero i could add data to the disc until it was full. i got nero 5.5 way back as part of the software included on a sony cdr-w drive, ive just got used to it. a decent drive, quality branded discs, i rarely get a bad burn, and if i do, i put it down to a bad disc. i always use rewritable discs so i never get coasters, just blank it and start again.

Thanks for all the input (it's why I love this web page). Now I have to figure out which program to get. Looks like either Nero or CDBurnerXP. Unless someone else comes up with a different program for me to look at.
