Best proxy server to recommand !

Hi,

I would like to know which is the "best" proxy server to use? I have no experience about that and don't know the pros and cons of such a server.
Are they any proxy do you recommand? And what are the parameters, options or precautions, if any, to be considered?

Google gives a lot of proxy server but I have no idea about what is good, what it is not.

How many systems do you want to proxy for?

Which protocols do you want to proxy?

What other requirements do you have?
