Best way to check your system is all 100%

I had a "windows explorer has stopped working" the other day. Everything seems to work fine but I thought it might be a good idea to try and scan the system to make sure all is well.

(Reason is that I run live media online and am worried that the system crashes on air)

Check the integrity of system files: sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker,
run a thorough scan with your resident AV & after that with Malwarebytes Anti Malware.
