Best Windows 7 for MACBOOK AIR?

Hi all.
I have MACBOOK AIR with 2.13GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor
with 6MB on-chip shared L2 cache running 1:1 with processor speed
1066MHz frontside bus 2GB of 1066MHz DDR3 SDRAM onboard.

I will install Parallels Desktop 5 for Mac and would like to install Windows 7.
Which type do I need, 32bit or 64bit and which is faster Windows 7 Professional or Windows 7 Home Premium?
It would be nice to have good speed.
The computer is used only for the basic type of work.

The first thing you should do is go to the MS site and take the upgrade advisor test. It will tell you if your computer as well as programs are compatible with Windows 7

There is no difference in the speed of the various versions Professional or Premium
